100% Cabernet Sauvignon – aged 30 months in 20% new French & American oak. Only 85 cases produced. A dark claret color that fades to pink at the edges invites a swirl, which releases a bouquet of blueberry, black currant and baking spice. The palate is zesty with the bright acidity layering with dark plum, cassis and herbal reminders of thyme, oregano and cedar. The wine expands broadly with time in the glass, and will cellar beautifully for a decade or more.
